Is Plantzen available yet?
Plantzen is being prepared for iPhone. This website introduces the design and experience planned for the first public release. No launch date has been announced, and no subscription is sold on this website.
Do I need a green thumb?
Not at all. Plantzen is designed for your first plant as much as an already thriving collection. Simple observations and clear explanations help you learn as you care.
How do reminders work?
Reminders relate to recorded care and follow-ups, with preferences you control. A soil check is not an instruction to water: you observe and decide. Delivery also depends on your permissions and iOS.
Can a photo give a certain diagnosis?
No. A photo can offer clues, but identification and health scans can be wrong. Plantzen keeps that uncertainty visible and helps you track observations. In a suspected ingestion or a human or animal emergency, contact a professional without waiting for a scan.
What subscriptions are planned?
Monthly and weekly Premium plans are planned. Reference prices in France are €12.99 per month or €4.99 per week. A 7-day trial is planned for the monthly plan only, subject to Apple eligibility. Local prices and exact terms will appear in the App Store before confirmation. No payments take place on this website.
Are my photos private?
This website does not request photos. In the app, photos are associated with your account; starting an analysis sends the image to the named provider. Our privacy policy explains the services involved, available controls and the app’s pre-release status.
Which languages are supported?
This website is available in English and French, the two initial languages planned for the app. The language switch at the top keeps you on the equivalent page.
