This website introduces an app in preparation. It does not offer subscriptions, an online garden or a public app download. Screens are design previews, not personal results or testimonials.

02What Plantzen does

Plantzen helps organise a personal garden, identify plants, record observations and understand the next steps in their care. The presented scope includes health follow-ups, a journal, knowledge, a contextual companion, propagation and repotting. Public availability depends on the app’s release and version.

An identification, health hypothesis or generated response may be incomplete or wrong. Information does not guarantee recovery, growth or that a plant is safe. You remain in control of confirming identities and choosing care.

03Health, toxicity and emergencies

Plantzen is not a medical, veterinary or emergency service. Do not eat a plant based only on identification or assume it is non-toxic when information is missing. In a suspected ingestion or a concern affecting a person or animal, contact a professional or appropriate emergency service immediately.

04Accounts and use

When the app is available, you must have the legal capacity or required permission to use its services and subscribe. Maintain access to your sign-in provider and provide accurate information. Tell us if your account is used without authorisation.

You must not compromise security, access others’ data, bypass safeguards or submit unlawful content. You must own or have the necessary rights to the information and images you upload. Avoid including people or private information unnecessarily.

05Your content

You retain your rights to the photos, notes and other content you provide. You authorise operations necessary for the requested service: private storage, synchronisation, display and transmission to analysis providers when you start the relevant feature. This is not permission to reuse your photos for advertising.

Our privacy policy describes processing and controls. Website content, branding and app elements remain protected by applicable rights; no general commercial reuse licence is granted.

06Subscriptions and trials

No subscriptions are sold on this website. Planned app subscriptions are monthly and weekly Premium. Reference prices configured in France are €12.99 per month and €4.99 per week. The applicable price depends on your App Store country and will be shown before confirmation.

A 7-day free trial is planned only for the monthly offer when Apple confirms eligibility. After the trial, the subscription renews at the displayed monthly price unless cancelled within Apple’s applicable deadlines. The weekly offer does not include this trial. Switching plans does not guarantee a new trial.

App Store purchases renew automatically under the displayed terms unless cancelled. Manage or cancel through Apple’s subscription settings. Follow Apple’s communicated deadlines to prevent renewal; Apple recommends cancelling a trial at least 24 hours before it ends. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are handled through Apple’s process and applicable legal rights. Manage or cancel a subscription · Request a refund. Included features and any usage limits will appear in the app before purchase; no unlimited use is promised here.

07Apple and the app licence

For distribution through the App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA applies unless a custom licence is provided. These service terms complement that framework without replacing Apple’s payment terms or restricting mandatory consumer rights.

08Availability and responsibility

Analysis and synchronisation need connectivity and may depend on third-party services. Reminders depend on permissions, settings and iOS; exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Technical incidents may temporarily interrupt features.

We do not exclude any liability or guarantee that cannot legally be excluded. Limitations of botanical information do not remove your statutory rights. Significant changes to subscribed services or their terms must be communicated as required by applicable rules.

09Leaving, applicable law and contact

You can stop using this website and request deletion of your information under the privacy policy. In the app, deleting your account and managing an Apple subscription are separate actions.

Swiss law applies subject to mandatory protections and remedies available in your country of residence. Nothing requires you to waive these protections. To help resolve an issue, contact hello@getplantzen.com.
